[EA26+] Robinson M96

Hey guys! Phantom back again, with a weapon that resembles something I wanted to mod in the first place! The Robinson M96 is basically the Stoner 63 Rifle but for civies.. ig?

Again, created following SudoName's tutorial.

Also, I think I missed something, so there's no ADS animation, however, I realized that a lot of RF weapon mods don't even HAVE ADS animations, so... Imma call that a happy lil' accident.

This time, I fixed the recoil.
