Banner Faction Restrictions Removed

What this mod does
This mod removes the faction restrictions applied to all base game banners that randomly drop during a campaign so they become avaliable for all factions giving the player (and AI) a larger selection of banners to choose from. Keep in mind that banners have a quite low drop rate so you may not get immediate results.

This mod is save game compatible!

ATTENTION! This will give characters banners that they should not have which can create some unintended combos, either very good or very bad, and potentially break the lore completely. Why is Vlad von Carstein flying a skaven banner? Weird, right? Anyway, you have been warned!
