[LM] Wilderness Spawn Locations (B41 & B42)

NEW - Compatible with B41

Some spawnpoints are not included in B41 because they don't "exist", but I kept everything that would fit, and adapted the other ones.

Multiple spawn locations for wilderness survival available through either sandbox options or the map selection menu. You can choose to use the Random mod and use filters in the sandbox menu to allow or remove some of the spawns or use the All Maps mod to have access to every single spawn individually in the map selection menu. I made them incompatible with each other to prevent bugs.

I gave a difficulty level of easy, normal or hard to each spawn location based on :

• the presence or proximity of an infinite source of water
  
• the presence of a roof to sleep and shelter under
  
• the presence of a closed space for warmth and protection
  
• the proximity of farm animals
  
• the proximity of lootable buildings
  
• the proximity of urban areas

Also, cabins are only identified as "cabins" when they are considered in game as a closed space with a roof.
The Random version includes all spawns by default. You need to select Sandbox mode to be able to apply a filter.

You can totally debate me on the ratings for I have not tried every spawn location.
