Don't know how they got their nickname. It's an absolute mystery to me.

Pins are sharp things that stab and everything here is very clearly rounded, so I don't get it. Maybe if it was a pin cushion or something I would understand. No I've never gone bowling. Why would I need to go bowling to know this name doesn't make sense? Even if that thing on top is a pin, there's only one. And the name is plural. That's why I said a pin cushion earlier, because those hold a lot of pins, you know? I have to stop trying to solve this unsolvable mystery. It's clearly just a random plural noun given to the character.

Oh is it because they are a sharp thinker?? I feel so stupid now!!
