[B41] GTA IV Lvl up but different sound per level

So, what makes my mod different? Well, it uses a lua script so there are 10 sounds each assigned to a specific level.
Other than sound, this mod adds nothing else.

Known issues:
-When a player reaches a higher level in multiple skills at once, several sounds will be played.
