Meru Car Pack English Version

描述
Meru Car Pack Gone through and converted all to english.
Fixed all the FOV's while in third person for all the larger vehicles.

Expansion Market files and types are included and are complete for an easy copy paste.
All credit goes to Meru. I just adapted it to English and fixed some annoyances.

If you already have Meru Car Pack Installed and want to switch, It is a direct replacement. Any vehicles on the map or in a virtual garage will still be there.
First delete the original, then install this.

@NEPAHXC it was 100% a bug with linux server , switched off the old host and to windows based and every single problem i had went away , ended up using your recommendation and loving it so far for hosts , thnx

@NEPAHXC the cars load fine , but their psychics are bugged , i see you updated it again , ill try and see if possible a fix was pushed for what i am referencing , ill join ur dc and show u in a video call if you really want lol , but yeah alll of the meru and one other car pack are completely bugged for me , and tried on vanilla Linux server with them and vpp for only mod , and still issue persists , might be just a linux thing i dunno

this pack and its origins are bugged with 1.28 now . when u load them and try to urn it glitches and lags no matter what , making them undrivable , sad to cause my users really liked the pack
