Futuristic M14 EBR Sound Mod

Adds some "futuristic" flair to the M14's sounds.

The texture mod is not mine, it belongs to BOBdotEXE.
(Are glow in the dark weapons cool or what? Don't answer that- it's a rhetorical question.)
