L4D1 Styled Incap Icons

描述
Remake of an older addon of mine, gives the L4D1 Survivors incap icons similar to how they looked in the first game whilst also being compatible with L4D2's default hud (or any hud that makes use of the original incap icons). Also their designs aren't flipped anymore (very cool).

Accurate Incap Icons isn't actually required, but definitely recommended.

Very nice that it is compatible with the default icons, it's a shame it isn't flipped though because that is how it displays in l4d1.
