UWE - Sensible Nutrition - Expanded Cooking compatibility mod

Rebalanced pricing and applied Sensible Nutrition's concept to UWE + Fishwich

changes made to Expanded Cooking:
Removed a few food items for balance, rearranged research, added UWE grain types for rations and travel rations

more changes:
increased stack size of low nutritional items to stack to at least 12nu, to better suit Sensible Nutrition's concept e.g Porridge x2, Gristle Flaps x3
increased the stack size of raw ingredients to 5 for harvesting QoL
decreased inventory size of some low nutritional meals
Raw Meat stacks to 2 and Foul Raw Meat stacks to 4 for QoL hunting
