Igor (Igal) Avraalovich Hoffman[neolurk.org] (1966 - present day) - small businessman, failed politician, holder of two higher educations, scholar in fields close to Kabbalah, semanticist in four languages, creator of “more than 84 countries and cities that have appeared in recent years in the world”, Jewish nationality from the city of Kherson.

He became famous thanks to his videos, in which he talks about “his biography in the context of the history of development of the Earth and the universe as a whole, their intertwining and mutual influence”. Some of his addresses resemble lectures and last more than an hour, while others are recordings of TV programs or musical compositions. They are created (from his point of view) as contextual videos for the so-called “lectures”.

Hoffman suffers from schizophrenia, because of which he believes that the whole world is a big show (something like the movie “The Truman Show”, but with the use of personality transformations), aimed at mocking him. In particularly severe exacerbations, he sees and hears hallucinations.

Naturally, he does not consider himself ill and, on the contrary, accuses others of trying to make him look mentally ill. He gained popularity due to his exceptional charisma, facial expressions, confidence in his rightness and erudition. His most famous videos are “Report from the apartment on Peysakh (part 2)”, “Report from the apartment on Peysakh (part 1)”,“Odissitochka Ya Raya, Na Checherina Zhivu” (the spelling and punctuation of the subject is preserved) and others.
