All failure-type events now check for the builder's construction skill to determine if a failure should happen.

Currently, only for construction. The cooking accident already checks for cooking skill.

Does this only check construction, or the other related skills (crafting, research, etc) as appropriate for the action being performed?

Sadly the mod appears to be causing a crash for me when I attempt to travel via the Travel Here button. My thrusters fire up and then the game entirely locks up.
I removed the mod and then I was able to travel just fine. Only notable thing that happened during travel was that one of the thrusters blew a fuse.
