All Pilots - All Affinities

All MechWarriors can now chose between every 'Mech and Weight Class Affinity.

Previously the Smoke Jaguar characters were restricted to a limited selection.

This Mod also adds a small amount of starting XP, equivalent to replaying the two Huntress missions in the simulator (the tutorial does not have any advanced parameter rewards, so no reason to do that normally).

Potential Issue:

When Mia changes appearance midway through the game, she should inherit the Affinities and Skills of her earlier profile, but there's no logic to do determine whether the same affinity availability is inherited. An altered version of her late-game character profile has been included in the mod, but I have not yet been able to test whether it correctly transfers everything over.
