In order to inform anyone who's trying to illegally enter the Zone, warnings are voiced through a megaphone at the Cordon's southern military checkpoint, broadcasts are periodically interrupted by chatter from the commander in Shadow of Chornobyl. In both games, attacking the checkpoint will cause the broadcast to cease, and the military will instead use the megaphone to order the player to surrender. In Shadow of Chornobyl, the propaganda broadcasts stop at night. The player can also interrupt all broadcasts by shooting the megaphone, although in Shadow of Chornobyl only. In Clear Sky Yar and the Freedom trader Ashot occasionally tease and taunt each other via the base's intercom system, prompting Lingov to step in and shut them up, Interrupting the broadcast.

There is a downside, i couldn't properly set up options to toggle the sounds so you cannot disable them, you can only remove the entities, But there are plenty of entities with different sound sets so i think that won't ruin any of this mod's use.
