RNG Default Specials: Classics and Variants

This mod adds RNG to Left 4 Dead 2's Special Infected by dynamically swapping their models between L4D1 classics and special variants.

Hunters, Smokers and Boomers spawn as L4D1&2 variants + Boomette for Boomer
Witches appear as the default or bride
Tanks shift between L4D2, L4D1, and Sacrifice

My changes:
- Unified all the logic into a single callback table RNGSIHandler
- Fixed the female Boomer not working properly
