Medium Length Campaign (4 Turns Per Year)

I was tired of campaigns in Rome II taking forever so this mod shortens the victory condition length for the Grand Campaign, Imperator Augustus, Empire Divided, Wrath of Sparta and Rise of the Republic to about 2/3rds. Works with all DLC factions in the Grand Campaign.

I did not touch Hannibal at the Gates or Ceasar in Gaul as those are already short enough for me.

This also makes the Grand Campaign 4 turns per year as that's my preferred turn speed though if there's any demand for other turns per year, I could probably be convinced to make it.

This is a startpos mod which means you will need to start a new campaign (i.e. NOT savegame compatible) and it will not work with any other startpos mods including but not limited to: faction unlockers, other turn per year mods, major overhauls like Divide et Impera.

Achievements still work.
