Title Bonus: +3 armor Per LvL

Main Mechanic Involves Chill stacks and at 25 a "chill burst" occurs, removing 25 stacks and dealing high damage and applying minor freeze to foe.


Main Abilities

Frost Volley: Channeled Skill that fires 3 projectiles at once. 1 chill per projectile.

Shatter: targeted aoe that applies armor break and vulnearability. 10 chill


Passives:

Frost aspect: gain 1 intelligence per strength

ice armor: gain 5 armor per mana regen. foes who hit you are frozen, cd 1s. chill 10



Subclasses:


North Wind: Focuses On Applying Chill for chill bursts


Chilling Gale: Ground Target skill that applies chill. 1 chill per tick baseline

Frost Winds: Spending 100 Mana Applies chill in a large aoe around caster. 10 chill


Bitter Cold: Freeze Focused Control Spec


Flash Freeze: longer cd skill that applies medium freeze to foes. 10 chill

Cold Snap: spend 200 mana to freeze nearby foes in aoe around caster. 10 chill


Frostfire: Dot Based DPS Spec


Frostfire Burst: applies frostfire dot and deals fire and ice damage. 5 chill

Frostfire Synergy: Fire damage can apply frost dot and ice damage can apply frostfire dot,
Weapon and Spell damage work and fire damage can apply chill with skill orb trait
