Replaces monitors with Touhou stuff, those screens include:
Plaza permit screens
Shattered prison monitor
Console rack
Generator console
Lab equipment & consoles
Lab monitor
Nova prospekt prison map
Nova prospekt teleporter screen
Both of the bridge status screens from Highway 17 (no images, game crashes for me on d2_coast_08)

I tried to replace the breen static one in water hazard aswell, but its applied to a wonky brush that won't let it display a full image.

This is the REAL reason the Combine invaded earth: direct access to Touhou media and merchandise. Aperture's portal technology was just a side objective.
