I dont think so. You can try joining specialized discords like Enfusion modders discord and Bhaalshads (that one is not realy modding per se, but you might find someone willing to help you there). It usually involves several people to do a pack like this, coders, animator, people importing models etc.
If you havent done any more complex mods yourself yet, note that doing things from scratch Is a long term process which involves serveral steps from importing models, setting animations, texturing and so on. Also please understand that you CANNOT simply pick someone elses mod and rip it apart just to fix/re-do it or reuse its models. That would be a violation of Workshop rules as well as violation of common decency
It is possible that at some point jd will return and eventually take care of Blackout again, but for now, let him enjoy kids and real life in general. Fixing Blackout is NOT worth the hassle at this moment
Unfortunately this is the only fix i know of and simultaneously last fix, from me at the very least. There are multiple problems iam aware of, like misaligment of several sigts, several optic vectors misaligments and iam sure it will become even worse after 1.29.
The pack is weirdly writen in genral, for example i was unable to pinpoint the ejector problem causing 357 ammo not being taken from inventory while reloading the gun and multiple other bugs that still exist.
Therefor i will not provide any further fixes as i have switched weapon packs from Blackout to new AJ weapons
