[KB] VE - Aquacrops in Hydroponics

Patch for Vanilla Plants Expanded - More Plants.

Allows the planting of aquatic crops (watercress, water chestnut, taro, and lotus) in Hydroponics. Said crops will grow very fast in hydroponics, but will take even longer to plant and harvest for balance. Note that watercress will no longer block adjacent tiles for sowing, but takes even longer to grow, plant, and harvest as a result.

Also note: This DOES NOT affect the original plants from VPE: More Plants, but instead adds new versions that can be grown in hydroponics, and ONLY hydroponics.
