Hello everyone!
This mod adds several mid-industrial weapons, pieces of apparel, buildings and an Ideology style!

All the content in this mod comes from and is based on Interlandia - an alt-hist project about which you can learn more on reddit and youtube (linked below).

Obtain the equipment. Serve the Partei.

All the basic weapons currently included in the mod are locked behind the [Interlandian Equipment] research project.

Upon completing the project you will gain access to:
  • Officer Autopistol
    An Interlandian pattern autopistol. It's loaded with a more powerful round compared to other autopistols at the cost of being slightly more sluggish. It's main function is as a status symbol after all.

  • Standardised Rifle
    An Interlandian pattern bolt-action rifle. It is specially designed to be easy to manufacture and operate which lends itself to it's fast fire rate yet comes at the cost of accuracy. Of course, when used by a whole unit, the volume of fire cancels out this flaw.

  • Veteran Rifle
    An Interlandian pattern bolt-action rifle. It is specially designed to be easy to manufacture and operate which lends itself to it's fast fire rate yet comes at the cost of accuracy. Of course, when used by a whole unit, the volume of fire cancels out this flaw. This one seems to be modified with several additions such as patriotic ribbons, glowing sights, reinforced stock and an axe-like bayonet.

  • Experimental Rifle
    A general-purpose gas-operated rifle for field or urban combat. It has decent range and a much-improved rate of fire compared to older designs. It's experimental nature makes it harder to produce and operate though.

  • Precision Rifle
    An Interlandian design of precision sniper rifle. It has an exceptionally long range, great accuracy and good power. Fires in 2-shot hyperbursts. This advanced mechanism makes the design more complex to build and use.

  • Ceremonial Rifle
    An old Interlandian design. This rifle is no longer used in combat but it's incendiary ammunition and simple construction might prove useful on the rim. The bullets create small incendiary explosions on impact, starting fires.

  • Revolving Shotgun
    A shotgun that operates on a revolving system. It is even shorter-ranged than a typical shotgun, but is extraordinarily dangerous due to being able to fire all six chambers in quick succession. Equipped with a silencer as commanded by the Interlandian Weapon Design Bureau head. Remember that questioning high-ranked members of the party is not allowed.

  • Kreissäge LMG
    A gas-operated interlandian light machine gun. While it is somewhat unwieldy and inaccurate, its long bursts and high rate of fire are able to cut down or supress large groups of enemies. Unfortunately due to the extreme heat generated while firing, the user must wait for the barrel to cool before the next burst.

  • Einweglanze RPG
    A single-use rocket launcher that fires a large-bore rocket. The warhead is meant to destroy cover and shatter tough armor. It is advised to issue a few of these to any unit sent to breach tough targets like walls, outposts or armored enemies.

  • Interlandian Apparel
    All Interlandian apparel comes with high base cold resistance. Currently features: Standard Uniform, Greatcoat, Officer Cap, 3 Helmet Variants, Winter Cap, Shturm Armor, Ceremonial Cape

    There's wayy more after that, but I'll let you all discover it yourself...

The mod also features an ideology style with custom music, ideogram graphics and more will come soon!

Interlandia now has it's own faction!




Compatibility
Currently has extra compatibility with:
- Melee animations

Incompatible with:
- Combat Extended (if you wanna make a patch go ahead)

This is my first mod and experience with coding in general ever. I plan to iron out all the flaws and issues with time so while it's no excuse, please be patient and understanding. I have big plans for this mod and future modules so your support is greatly appriciated

@Kilo I unsubscribed + resubscribed first, slotted it in by itself w/ Core + DLCs, before tinkering with it and it was still happening, mainly w/ the Infanterists (non-Nudists). I have a large modlist overall, so it might just be me. No worries, king.

These pawns often (but, not always) spawn without any apparel besides the officer cap. The weapon spawning is perfectly fine.

As a example, for the Infanterists, I was able to fix this by replacing ApparelRequired tag with this:

<apparelRequired>
<li>INTLND_Uniform_Standard</li>
<li>INTLND_InfantryKit</li>
</apparelRequired>

This makes sure that every pawn of that type will spawn with their infantry gear + whatever else they want based on their ApparelMoney (usually those snazzy helmets).

Probably just an issue on my end, anyway. Thank you for the mod!

They are pretty damn important for the mod's premise
