Edited version of this lovely little mod.

I like the idea of having a chance of rain on all maps but the fog looked like ass when mixed with modpacks like Nightmare or my pack R.A.W. B-Side that I'm working on. So I did a little tweaking and changed the fog to be a bit darker & straight up removed some of the particles that were causing issues. Upped the chances of rain spawning to 20 by default but you can still tweak it to your liking in the ems file "unirain". Enjoy!

I might private this until I can get it fixed up since for sssooooooome goddamn reason the script isn't working on any map today when it was working fine when I was testing it. The rng system doesn't work on some maps and this breaks some of the mods it was meant to be paired with.
