NaniTimer

NaniTimer is a mod built for Black Ops III with speedrunners in mind.
This is a mod made by speedrunners, for speedrunners.

It was initially made to help with speedruns of Moon
and slowly expanded to add support for all the other maps on Black Ops III and other features to make it more user friendly.

[IMPORTANT]

Make sure you have a key binded to fast_restart as when you load into a map for the first time, a Fast Restart is required to make the Timer overlay appear. The same thing applies when using custom commands, stuff like the Reset command will only take affect after a Fast Restart.

You can set a binding for this ingame by pressing the ~ key to open the console and typing
[This keybind will only persist for your current game session]

To make a permanent keybind for Fast Restarting. Navigate to your Call of Duty Black Ops III\players folder and open the bindings_0.cfg file in a text editor of your choice. At the bottom of the file make a new line and type

bind (insert key) fast_restart

save the file, then right click on it and go to properties and change the file to Read- only. Doing this stops the game from overriding the bindings_0.cfg file back to normal.

• Custom Options menu for customizing timer such as timer size, attempt counter, box hit tracker.
  
• In-built Practice Mode button in the pause menu which enables soft/hard patches for Practising Maps which Includes a "Practice Mode" watermark in the top right of the screen to signify whether a user is in the practice mode to prevent people from passing off patched practice games as real.

(Practice stuff primarily applies to Moon. Plan to add more soft/hard patch practice options to other maps in the future)

CUSTOM COMMANDS

/modvar Set1 - Changes the single digit value of the Attempt Counter (1)
/modvar Set2 - Changes the triple digit value of the Attempt Counter (100)
/modvar Set3 - Changes the quadruple digit value of the Attempt Counter (10,000)
/modvar Reset 1 - Resets the Attempt Counter to 0
