Plans
I'm planning on adding undo-ability for loaded props so you can sequentially undo things you spawned in previous sessions, stay tuned for that!

About
Tired of losing everything after reloading your map, restarting your game or restarting your server? Use this addon!
This addon saves all your progress like spawned entities, constraints, prop ownerships, player position, player weapons and etc. and reloads them once you start a new session.

Not recommended to use in big/public servers. Best used for singleplayer or playing with friends.

Usage
Commands:
spp_autosavetime (default: 300) — time between world state saves
spp_safeautoload (default: 1) — whether to prevent save loading if the game detects that you loaded a save from the main menu
spp_sendnotif (default: 1) — whether PermaProgress should send on-screen notifications when it saves or restores world entities
spp_saveprops (default: 1) — whether props automatically save and load
spp_saveplayers (default: 1) — whether to save player data
spp_save — force a world save
spp_load — force a world restore (clears all existing entities)

Misc
TL;DR this is just an automatic save system with ownership restoration functionality

I don't know, all I can say is try it.
There's still a blind spot so while it saves most things sometimes specific things don't save.
For example I've had issues with NWVar based entities like DarkRP weed pots, item shipments, etc.
Essentially it saves as much as the Garry's Mod Save feature does.

Does this replicate the server fully ?
Npc entities properties / settings in short term evrything?

If I got what you meant from your explanation you're talking about like where you can choose an area to build and the stuff you build inside saves? It'd be an interesting idea, I'd definitely be interested to make something like that.

THIS IS ALSO SOMETHING THAT I HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR. It's not quite the same like where you can rent an area or something and then you can go back in and click something and it loads the thing but. This will do just fine

It's fine, you're probably just better at branding your addon correctly so it actually comes up when people search for it

@Scorp Well, sort of my bad, I usually try to avoid making addons that are similar to ones already on the Workshop, but this one didn’t show up when I searched for 'session save' or 'auto save'.
That said, it looks like this one has more potential for improvements and better compatibility, since it uses a custom save system, while mine just relies on GMod’s default one
