An unofficial port of Riz's Catbine mod for Entropy: Zero 2.

This port is incomplete. I may add support for more Entropy: Zero 2 models in the future.

Full credit for models and audio goes to Riz.

@Tooma8 the dirty combine are also not replaced including the nova prospekt guards in the beginning levels, is that possible to fix?
