Scotia Centre is a prominent office and retail skyscraper located at 225 7th Avenue SW in downtown Calgary, Alberta. Completed in 1976, it stands 155 meters (509 feet) tall with 41 storeys, making it one of the taller buildings in the city’s skyline and currently the 17th tallest in Calgary. Designed in the International Style, it features a sleek, modernist façade with clean lines and a minimalist aesthetic, reflecting architectural trends of its era.

YEEES! I love these modernist towers and never got enough of them in my cities (and in the workshop). This and Scotia Tower in Vancouver are awesome.
