Domicile Refresh

Domicile Refresh allows you to play with all the parts of the DLC that you (or your friend) paid for regarding domicile buildings.
On top of that, it takes cues from the nomadic domiciles in terms of buildings costing more than just gold; every domicile now includes prestige in its building costs, and the estates have a further influence cost to buildings. (LAAMPs do not use provisions because I could not be bothered to code those costs)
