[HUD] Nightmare - Left 4 Dreamers series

Replace your default HUD to Left 4 Dreamers HUD series.
Left 4 Dreamers is a casual project of mine that has been forgotten since 2023.
And at the end of 2024, I remembered this project again and started to rebuild it slowly because it had been disturbed by family life and work.
And this is the result, It's not perfect, but at least it can be used..

• No additional custom crosshair, No damage indicator, No speedometer, etc. Just a simple HUD.
  
• HUD won't conflict with custom incap images from character model addons, Incap background still from game default.
  
• HP's (Health Points) bar indicator meaning it's your Main Health. HP's bar will increased when you're using First Aid Kit along with LP's bar.
  
• LP's (Life Points) bar indicator meaning it's your Tick/Decay (Temporary) Health. LP's bar will increased when you're using Pain Pills or Adrenaline only.

*HUD available on survivors team only. Some Bugs might occur, because I only tested on single players gameplay mdoe for HUD adjustment.
