HL2Beta: 2004 E3 Citizen models | Fixed Version

Replaces NPC & Player models.

In case you didn't know, the original mod's author stopped updating and posting his gmod addons which lead to the original mod bugging out and breaking.
I was able to fix the issue and there shouldn't be anymore problems.

The Colorable texture had to be replaced with a different texture to fix the npc citizen sheet.
