Salty's Missile Damage Edit

This mod increases anti-ground missile (IR, TV and Laser) damage by 5%, preventing seals being left at next to no HP from direct hits on land. That's it.

REQUIRES V1.5.12+

Should you wish to change the missile damage in your own mod thanks to the constants(dot)txt file being added, the missile types in the file are as follows, from my testing to make this mod:
Missile 4: AA
Missile 5: Rockets
Missile 1: IR
Missile 2: Laser
