描述
Ever wanted to use the crappy lighting modes with fancy modern shader effects?

THEN THIS IS THE MOD FOR YOU!!!

This mod allows for screen shaders used in modern mods, whilst also reducing the amount of extra resources the game uses for tiles and liquids.

(Dispite Retro/Trippy lighting giving LESS performance in general, this is because tiles are still drawn EVERY FRAME.)

This mod could be used a dependency by larger mods to prevent having to deal with Retro/Trippy lighting and its consequences.

Note: If your game immediatly crashes upon loading into a world, it means your computer is too weak.

Any way to fix the crazy flickering when using the glow potion?
Mining + glow potion = MY EYES, IT BURNS!

@died16 When using the 'Retro Lighting' (or `Trippy Lighting') setting in the in-game visual settings menu; the game will NOT apply screen shaders such as:
- Tint from the Lunar Invasion
- Heat wave distortion in hot biomes
- Sepia effect in graveyard areas
- That one mod that makes the sun ugly (think it was 'Shits and Shadows?')
- etc.
If you were not already using retro/trippy lighting you will notice ZERO difference because this mod only applies a fix to those modes.

the first comment mentions a lighting bug during thunderstorms, its when you are underground during a thunderstorm, when lighting strikes it makes every light source flash repeatedly for 1 second
