AGOT - Realm Management

Made for use with AGOT, but should work fine in Vanilla.

This mod focuses on letting you arrange for better organisation of your realm. It lets you manipulate de jure relationships between duchies and counties.

Introduces two new Character Interactions.
- Proclaim Duchy
- Transfer County to Duchy

Proclaim Duchy lets you choose any County you own, and create a new Duchy that takes that County and makes it part of the De Jure Duchy.

Transfer County to Duchy lets you take a county and transfer it into a new De Jure Duchy. The County and the Duchy must be held by the same recipient.

You can use these interactions upon yourself if you are a Count and Independent, or if your highest title you hold is of the Kingdom Tier.

You can use this on your vassals freely so long as you hold a kingdom tier title.
