EZ1/Beta Bad Cop Caption Color

This addon doesn't work by default, you have to put it in the custom folder for Entropy Zero 2. Mod can be found in
steamapps\workshop\content\1583720\3494271979

Had the idea to change Bad Cop's Caption color from red to blue, thanks to an old screenshot from Entropy Zero 2's ModDB Article made in 2018, showing off EZ2's Beta Hud and the original caption color for Bad Cop.

Also includes fixes from my "Bad Cop Italics Font Captions FIX" addon.

Goes well with the "Stay as a Metrocop?" Addon.
