动态光源 MAC-10真实修复

描述
本模组是对Dynamic Light的轻量级修改版本，专门关闭MAC-10(smg_silenced)开火时的动态光源效果，使其更符合现实中消音武器的表现。

• MAC-10开火不再照亮周围环境
• 其他所有武器保留原始发光效果
• 仅修改脚本，未涉及贴图或模型更改
• 基于原作者Sw1ft的Dynamic Light脚本修改而来

订阅即可。如果已订阅过原版Dynamic Light，务必取消原版后再订阅本模组，以避免脚本冲突。

@ Crashado Only MAC-10 was changed. Light strength shouldn’t be affected.

@(^^^) Xeno My edit fully disables the MAC-10’s dynamic light—like no mod is applied to it. Affects both views.

@(^^^) Xeno Just check the description of the original dynamic light, edit the configuration file.
