Cassius Adastra V2

This is the 2nd version of my Cassius mod, it adds Adastra ruled by Cassius, Amicus younger and more populist brother, from the visual novels Adastra and Khemia to Civ 5, using the latest Khemia sprites, and with Cassius personality and speech more tailored to his more matured Khemia self
Unique Ability: Cassius Experience - Gives you extra happiness from Luxury goods and natural wonders, but -5% great person point generation. Starts with an Autonomous Drone which works 150% faster than a normal worker.

Unique Unit: Scholar-Emissary - Replaces the archaeologist. May be expended in city-states to increase influence. Yields science when expended. Available earlier at education. May only be trained in cities with a University.

Unique Building: Parental Archive - Replaces Oxford University. +1 science and faith for every tile worked by the city, and an empire-wide +10% boost to science. It also provides +5 culture. 4 slots for great works of literature. Theming bonus requires both works to be from the same civilization.

I recomend pairing this mod with their Amicus Adastra mod as it features the Paternalistic religion, and also the CIV IV Leader traits and the Dynamic Culture Overview mod

(Should the civilization not appear in the selection screen, make sure you have the required DLCs, and delete ModUserData before running the game for the first time with this mod )
