PRL Stalker Prisoner

This quick little mod adds a PRL-era Prisoner Uniform to Stalkers. Basically a reskin of the Organe Collar, since it's really similar looks-wise to the actual uniform.

Credit goes to Wolfcl0ak for making the original Orange Collar Citizens mod, where the uniform comes from and credit to ForlornBuccaneer69 for uploading the original stalker mod.
