Playable P4 Units

Enables P4 Units to be playable from the start of the game. Made for use with my Misc Races Rebalanced mod or my P4 Units & Soldierbots Neutered mod.

This mod only affects the P4 Unit subrace, and does not affect the other subraces (P4 Unit MkII, Soldierbot, etc.). To make Soldierbots playable, see here.
