this mod isnt even needed.. there is a option in the game for instant repairs..

Actually nevermind. It seems the glitch is still around it's just not as frequent now.

This seems to be causing a strange audio glitch. When an enemy dies they play the voice line for shooting off a limb instead of their death line.

Disabling the mod seems to have fixed the glitch.
