[TFA], Grenade Launcher Patch. Crash Prevent

I did this because firing the TFA Base grenade launcher was causing me some crashes, especially when shooting at multiple objects like crates, pallets, NPCs, etc. I did a general optimization through a patch.

Quickly Explication:
Preventing the odious crash produced when firing the GL at multiple objects.

The video shows the problem solved, it wasnt posible to record the crashes but, belive me:
If I had shot twice like in the video without the mod, it would have crashed the game easily.

Also, if you see dots of explosions in the video, don't be scared, it's another mod called Realistic Fragmentation System.
