Lt. Rocky's L4D1 Rifle Animations V2 w/o Random Fire Animations

Hopefully self-explanatory, but if you're confused I attached a video. I did this because I wanted the better grip animations with the L4D1 rifle, but without the random firing animations for parity with other mods. Uploading because someone else might want this (maybe).

NOTE: The required add-on is optional, but after TLS fixed the flashlight position on the rifle's world model, the world and view models will not match if you use this.

I'm not an expert on any of this; I only deleted the lines mentioning the two other firing animations. If there's something that I overlooked, please let me know.
