Rotating WX-78 Circuits

I always thought WX-78 needed more circuit slots, so I decided to make a mod that gives them more with a unique mechanic before they probably end up buffing them in the skill tree.

Allows you to quickly swap your WX-78 circuits by rotating between three different sets of modules. Swapping between modules has a 15 second cooldown and loses you no charge or durability.
