HL2Beta: Conscript Demo NPC

NPC of the beta Conscript model from Sniper_029 map.
Can be found on the Animals Category,
put it there as a reference to the manwich model (ANIMAL.mdl).

This NPC does not use weapons, due to it not having and combat animations.
But can make a great background NPC. or if you want to, use him for target practice.
