OK, I didn't see, that there a 6 barriers, i thought there were only three.

@Kalle There's no bug. Barrier spanning lights from 1 to 3 blocks lights 1, 2 and 3. Probably should've elaborated that in problem statement

There is a bug in the lua-code, the following statement is wrong, see[2] didn't depend on bar[3]
ee[2] = bar[2] and bar[3] and bar[4] and bar[5]
