Adds House Stark, led by Eddard Stark, from George R.R. Martin's A Song of Ice and Fire series.

The Starks are known for their honor and loyalty to their people, who prefer tradition and the Old Ways. The Starks are a very well-balanced civ, with no clear victory in mind. Their Unique Ability allows them to grow to the size of the North, while the happiness bonus also represents the military traditions of the North. Their unique buildings allow them to utilize their land and people, giving them bonus growth the more people they have, and faith from the forests that surround their cities.

- Replaces the Shrine. Provides +1 Faith. Provides +1 Faith from forest tiles.
UB: Glass Gardens
- Replaces the Granary. Still provides +2 Food, but also provides +1 Production for every 3 Tundra tiles the city owns. Provides +1 Food from Deer, Salt, and Furs tiles. (No longer provides +1 Food from Wheat and Banana tiles)
