Disable Empire Focus

描述
This is a simple mod to disable empire focuses by setting the avalable focus cap to zero. This is purely to avoid the desyncs caused by multiple focuses being completed at once.

There is no reason any update should make this outdated, unless it completely overhauls empire focuses, so just ignore the launcher.

oh apologies I meant the literal "Random_number" desync error.

@Axneth Ironswift depends what you mean by random. Completing multiple empire focuses is quite intensive, which for bad internet means it might just get overloaded, causing a desync.

You can get all of the techs via regular research, none are exclusive to focuses

if this works what about the major techs that they unlock for research?
