Once i saw his Dair and Ustrong i knew it was a perfect opportunity to give him hero's 'hoes mad' combo from smash, though its harder to hit because DI in this game is much more potent. I also decided to decrease the wait time for his shipments because he gets so little items over the course of a match, also you should be able to combo with it now. The jump speed change i made for the combo i mentioned but this new jump height seems to suit him much more for his combos, the old one was just too high.

Changes:
+ Dair sweetspot increased base knockback 7 -> 8
+ Dair (laser scope) increased damage 12 -> 14
+ Dair (laser scope) decreased base knockback 10 -> 8
+ Dair (laser scope) decreased knockback scaling 0.8 -> 0.6
- Fstrong (both hitboxes) increased hitpause scaling 1 -> 1.2
- UStrong (laser scope) increased hitpause scaling 1 -> 1.2
+ DSpecial decreased wait time for small shipment to arrive 5s -> 1s
+ DSpecial decreased wait time for large shipment to arrive (after small shipement is ready) 5s -> 3s
+ DSpecial decreased wait time for large shipment to arrive automatically (after ready) 2s -> 1s
+ DSpecial decreased required hits 8 -> 4 (large) 5 -> 3 (small)
+ Decreased jump speed 11 -> 9
