for the traffic lights, you can set up multiple relays that are for each direction and to trigger those relays you can use the logic_case
for example, if case 1 is red then case 2 can be green, thats all possible but a bit of treadmill work

This is a long tunnel with three segments and some confusing teleports. In general, there should have been 29 segments, not 3. However, Hammer said that two million brushes was a bit too much. Walk in different directions and you will understand how these tunnels are arranged.
