The PA Winter Theme Pack [OUTDATED]

The Prison Architect Winter Theme Pack is a visual modification to the game that gives it a cold winter theme. Many tiles, objects, and staff members have been edited to reflect the season of winter. Additionally, some new materials and objects have been added in, and some sound edits have been made.

Note: This pack contains very little reference to the Christmas holiday; I only wanted this mod to reference the season as much as possible, not the holiday.

Note 2: When you first activate this mod, you must restart the game before you can hear the custom sounds.



The mod has been updated with Alpha 30:

• The Prisoner Bus has been fixed, and now has snow on it.
  
  
• Fixed Missing UI Icons.

Immediately noticeable is the addition of snow. A strong winter storm has passed by, and the entire area is covered in snow. Regardless, your job remains the same: construct a fully functioning prison and make profit along the way:

  All outside tiles have been edited to show a heavy layering of snow / ice. No one feels like shoveling all that snow.

  Trees and other outside objects have been edited to show snow. Some other objects have also been edited.

  Most staff members and prisoners are now wearing scarves.

  Vehicles are covered in plenty of snow, and no one feels like cleaning those either.

  The Bureaucracy screen has been edited, because why not?

Four unused materials that are found in the game's files are now available:

  The Wood Linoleum Tiles, Brown Square Tiles, Blue Square Tiles, and the Pebble Stone. All tiles cost $10 per square, and have normal movement speed. However, the Pebble Stone can only be placed outdoors, and the other three can only be placed indoors.

Two new objects are also available from this mod:

  The Snowman and Christmas Tree. These objects are decorative and don't do anything. The Snowman can only be placed outside.
