Does what it says on the title, it replaces the regular tank music with various John Doe themes. All of them have been edited a bit to fit more in line with how they sound ingame/loop properly in Left 4 Dead 2. In order:

EXPLOITATION - Regular tank music
VIRAL INFECTION - taank.wav
CORRUPTED REFLECTION - Metal Tank

i made this when i originally didn't like forsaken, then in the mega update i added the forsaken stuff cuz i actually tried the game lol
