Rack Mount Research (Easy Mode)

I am once again here to menace the world with an easy mode of an already easy mod. This version of Yukke's mod reduces all research workstations to use the same amount of power as their vanilla counterparts. The materials cost is the same. The researches and building names and descriptions are all updated to more verbose english. There is no excuse for me, just like there is no excuse for you. We are all moments away from turning to sand. To sand.... TO SAAAAND!
