I recommend both putting a delay after teleportation or some form of alternate activation option and allowing the top of the teleporter to be stood on, similar to the teleporter tile.

teleporting from dungeon to spawn also kills me. Some teleports are safe, like spawn to dungeon, others like vice versa kills me.
